NEW ITEM – Teflon Tubing

 
 

We understand from our conversations with customers that they are commonly frustrated that their vendors do not supply everything they need when they are preparing for a sampling event. We are guilty of that as well, but are making strides to add to our inventory so that we can be a one-stop shop for vapor sampling and evaluation! If there is something you would like to see us carry, please let us know.

One of the things that makes vapor intrusion tricky is figuring out which constituents in indoor air are not from vapor intrusion. Indoor air samples nearly always contain vapors from outdoor ambient air, and from myriad substances within the building, which we refer to as “background”. In this issue, we’ll discuss how we distinguish between vapor intrusion and background.

The 2022 Post-conference surveys showed that attendees were extremely impressed by the event, with members stating that “the bar has been set high.” Several also remarked that the presence of state regulators was “invaluable,” and “is what made this conference unique…we got to hear from so many regulators, together representing a big chunk of the U.S.”
